Urban Environmental Justice
This seminar discusses the ways in which environmental justice is crucial for areas like urban planning and forming urban collective movements by highlighting connections between work on environmental justice, sustainability policies and urban political movements. In doing so it raises significant questions about the need for, and potential of, a renewed holism in research on regeneration and renewal, bridging insights into community development, urban planning and urban environmental politics. Speakers goes about this task by exploring rich, deep case studies from several cities.
