 ion-makers from Kenya. At the heart of the event is Taboo Waste\, a short 
 film set in Kisumu that follows the sanitation workers who empty pit latri
 nes\, and shows how menstrual waste is making their work harder\, heavier\
 , and more stigmatised.After the film screening\, we will convene a policy
  dialogue with panellists including representatives from the Kisumu City G
 overnment\, the Kenya Ministry of Health\, the Global Menstrual Collective
 \, academics and local workers.Together\, we will discuss what it will tak
 e to make this work visible\, dignified\, and safe. We warmly invite pract
 itioners\, researchers\, advocates\, and policymakers to attend and contri
