Lund: A university for sustainable development?

Lund University and Agenda 2030
Other
Lund University’s Strategic Plan states that we must take a major social responsibility and meet the global challenges. The goals in Agenda 2030 place new demands on research, education and collaboration, which would require brave and active changes. An open and inclusive discussion is needed on how to set these changes in motion:
  • How can we best use the capacity as a major university and involve our many students who want to be part of achieving the global goals for sustainable development?
  • How can we assist students in becoming drivers for positive social change?
  • What conflict of goals and which obstacles for change do we need to bring to the surface?

Sustainability Forum at Lund University invite university leaders, researchers, teachers and students to an afternoon on the global sustainability goals in relation to Lund University. The event will be held in English.
