The stipend will cover your conference fee, travels to and from Lund from your home country and your food and accommodation at a hotel while you are here. Please note that the stipend will not cover your VISA costs and you will therefore have to pay for this yourself. But we can assist you with a VISA invitation letter to enable your VISA application.  

To be considered for the stipend you must first submit an abstract to one or several of the session types on offer during the conference and then have it be accepted by the conference scientific committee on the merits of theme relevancy and scientific quality.

Final stipend grantees are then chosen from this pool of eligible applicants and selected to ensure gender balance and geographical spread of presenting participants. Awarded grantees will be notified in June 2024.
